Handbagaholic

I have a obsession confession. I love handbags. In fact, I buy and sell way too many bags. :)

And I spend way too much time hanging out at handbag stores and on Ebay. Recently, I chatted with an Atlantic City Coach Factory store employee for an hour and a woman at the Coach counter at Macy's for twenty minutes about my strategies for buying and selling bags on Ebay. :)

Hopefully, after I sell an old wristlet on Ebay, here is my soon to be latest purchase - Coach Leah Coated Canvas Medium Wristlet - On sale at Macy's right now. I love it. :)

And I bought this one during an after Christmas sale in January - the Serena. :) It's an amazing bag with tons of room - fits all my books, notebooks, and Kaci things. :)
Do you have a fashion obsession? Or is there something you just can't resist when you see it in a store?

Have a fabulous day, everyone! ;)

I am so not a girl... I swear. Shoes? For feet: Payless and I are close friends. Clothes: to keep me from breaking the law. Who cares what brand or what style? I'm covered aren't I? Purses? Please... I carry a fanny pack if I carry anything. Sometimes I just stick my license and credit card in a pocket and head out.

I just don't get the whole designer anything thing. I feel like I'm missing a chromosome.

I'm not into fashion as I use to be. My vice was buying the latest Coach bag but then that stop when I realized I had no room for other things on my shelf.

Books are another story.

Hi, Marianne! I'm so not a girly girl either.. Except when it comes to handbags and diamonds and sometimes clothes. Okay, maybe I am.. :)

Hi, Dru! Oh.. Books.. Yes, it's definitely another obsession. :) Did you try Ebay for your Coach bags? Every Coach bag bought is really an investment. :)

I buy them and refuse to sell any, LOL. I must keep them all! :)

When I was younger, I carried a purse because I thought I had to carry a purse to be an adult. Later, I realized I just didn't have enough stuff to fill one! I carry a wallet in my back pocket and keys in my front pocket...and that's it! :)

As for impulse buys...I'm giddy in office supply stores...and giddier in book stores :)

I, too, am a Purseaholic. I love bags. And boxes. And jars. And anything that can contain anything else.

I even have a duffel bag that holds all my other purses.

Yeah, I am wierd like that.

i am like this with sneakers, not just shoes but sneakers specifically and even more than that I love the old school Converse sneakers. If I didn't think my mom would kill me I would have them in every color!

Hi, Beth! Yes, office supplies.. Love them! :) Do you get to order from the teacher catalog? Always loved that time of year. :)

Hi, PJ! I love VANS. Too cute. :)

Hi, Meredith! I completely get it! I love something cute to hold all my stuff. :)

Hi, Erika! Love the converse sneaks. :)

I'm not big into fashion.

I have less shoes than my husband and most of my bags are ethnic ones I picked up on my travels (though I do have a Longchamp bag for business and I got a George, Gina and Lucy bag for free from a client).

I do like picking up the occasional designer item. I have a blazer I love from Etro and some Prada boots that I bought with my first real paycheck.

That second bag is by Coach? I love it, but if it is by Coach then I'll have to pass, much expensive!

I love to look, but I'm not tempted to buy. If I had the money, I might go a little crazy over earrings...

A woman after my own heart! I so LOVE purses as well My husband does not understand it, but he's come to accept it, even fosters the habit by giving me purses for the holidays and birthdays. I think the one character in "The Devil Wears Prada" best sums it up: "They're so pretty."

I have a bag obsession too--everytime a new one appears, my husband eyes it and says, 'Seriously? You need another bag?' He just doesn't get it.

Hi, Lenore! What a great idea to buy designer boots with your first paycheck. :)

Hi, Brooke! Nope. It's a Steven Madden on sale and more then half off at Macy's. Love it!

Hi, Adrienne! Me too.. If I had the money, my house would be full of handbags. :)

Stacy!!! Yay!!! We could definitely do some serious shopping together.. My hubby doesn't get it either. They are sooo pretty. :)

Yay, Alyssa! I totally get it. It's an investment. :)

I'm so not a shopper, but I do have an obsession with Koosh balls -- can't really turn down the chance to get one in a new colour-combo when I see one, lol. Yeah, I'm pretty much still a kid. ;)

YES YES as a matter of fact it's also bags. LOVE them. However, I can resist them, since you know I have no money to buy them and am basically broke. Unless...of course...I can pick one up and just head out of the store. just kidding, I wouldn't do that.

But yeah love pocketbooks, purses, an d all the amazing beautiful things where I can carry books in. =)

and my my I might have to look into the Serena, you say it fits all your books. That's definitely a winner.
