What the...

Did anyone watch the ONE TREE HILL finale last night?

Spoiler Alert:

I sat on the edge of my seat for one straight hour waiting for something to happen to Lucas and Peyton after reports were confirmed by the network that both were leaving the show. Nothing happened. Nada. No signature OTH drama at all. In fact, the season finale ended happy with dreams coming true and Lucas and Peyton driving into the sunset with their new baby. Okay, I should be elated and it was a nice ending, but it was the total opposite of what I was expecting. What the? Argh.. :)

What season finales are you watching?

I feel like I'm confessing because the one finale I followed was (gulp) The Real Wives of New York City. I am a closet case watcher. Love the ability to leave it like a soap opera and not care if I don't watch for six weeks. And yet, it drags me back in with a pack of M&Ms for mindless watching again and again.

Never watched this show. I'm more of a LOST man myself. If One Tree Hill has time travel, count me in.

Oops, I think you mean Lucas and Peyton. But yes, I wasn't sure exactly what would happen to the characters ... I think it was a good ending for them, at least they're happy. It wouldn't have made sense for Peyton to die and then have both Hilarie and Chad leave the show... it would've been too unresolved, I guess?? But I think that episode would've made a much better series finale than a season one. I'm interested to see what they do next season, with the addition of a few new characters, etc.

As for which shows I'm watching... most of them are done! I'm still waiting on Ugly Betty and then I think it's time to bring out TV on DVD... watching Felicity and Veronica Mars over again.

Hi, Stacy! I just watched THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY the other day.. Interesting show.. :) And like you, I was sucked right in.. :)

Hi, Justin! Did you enjoy the finale last week?? :)

Hi, Ashley!! OMG - thank you! I need a blog editor. I always confuse Peyton's name with Haley because of her real name. :) What a twist with the happy ending. And me too! I can't wait until next season. :) You're right, it's too unresolved.

I must admit ... we tried to watch the finale of "Dancing with the Stars" last night ... but who in the world can be sitting on the couch watching TV by 8 PM?! We're still in 'getting to bed' mode with the kids! We caught a couple dances at the end! :-) Oh ... and Grey's Anatomy last week ... couldn't sleep after that one!

I haven't seen that one - I'm a LOST fan, too. And I'll have to see the outcome of American Idol.

My best friend is a HUGE OTH fan, I'll ask her what she thought of it!
My fave shows are Desperate Housewives and How I Met Your Mother. I'm behind on both, so have to catch up with my DVR soon! I'm five episodes behind in 90210 which I'm not in love with, but do watch out of nostalgia. So eventually I'll get to that one too!

I would definitely like to watch a Fastpitch game--I need to see if there's one near me. I think my boys would enjoy it too--I already know they are fascinated by how the girls pitch. :)

I skimmed past the "spoiler" part of your post. I've actually never seen One Tree Hill (*gasp*, right?) but I've heard so much about it. I'll have to start with season one....

Hey, Shari! OTH is a blast. :) Check it out.
