Tomorrow is my first 'official' middle school author visit.. Now, you would think that after teaching middle school for a bizillion years, I would be okay with it.. Nope, I'm really sweating about tomorrow.
Anyone else out there do author visits? What do you do? What grades do you visit?
I'm so proud of us girls today.. Check out Pretty Tough's article about the first all female crew of umpires that worked the New York Mets exhibition opener.. You rock!!

My book, SCREWBALL, is featured on The National Writing for Children website today.. :)
On a sporty note, UCLA's pitcher, Anjelica Feldon, was named the USA Softball National Collegiate Player of the week and Alabama still holds the number one ranking.
Team USA outscored their opponents this weekend 49 - 0 at the Palm Springs Classic. That's unbelievable.. I mean, who is going to beat this amazing team? Anyone, lucky enough to score tickets?
